Nemo Lighting Group is looking for an experienced SHOWROOM MANAGER for the Copenhagen Showroom, who will coordinate all functions and daily activities.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

· Develop business strategies to increase customer base and optimize profitability · Supervise, assist and advise architects and designers in the selection of products
· Manage projects
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and deal with any issues arising from it (claims, complaints, etc.)
· Manage showroom administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Report on purchasing trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
· Coming up with innovative ideas to increase sales
· Be the privileged interlocutor and support for local events, reservations, meetings

PROFILE

· Previous successful experience as a Showroom Manager, ideally in a similar Business/Design
· Leadership skills and Business orientation
· Customer Management skills
· Strong organization
· Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Degree in Architecture/Design or similar
· Fluent knowledge of English
· A second foreign language would be an asset
· Full-time work
· Remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s skills

Pour notre Showroom à Paris, Saint German – Rue du Bac – nous recherchons un SHOWROOM MANAGER avec expérience, qui coordonnera toutes les fonctions et les activités quotidiennes.

Le candidat sera responsable des activités suivantes:

  • Développer des stratégies commerciales pour augmenter la clientèle et optimiser la rentabilité

PROFIL

  • Expérience de réussite antérieure en tant que Showroom Manager, idéalement dans une entreprise similaire/du design
  • Compétences de leadership et orientation commerciale
  • Compétences en gestion de clientèle
  • Forte organisation
  • Bonne communication écrite et verbale et interpersonnelle
  • Diplôme en architecture/design ou similaire
  • Connaissance courante de l’anglais
  • Une seconde langue étrangère serait un atout
  • Travail à temps plein

LOGISTIC AND OPERATIONS MANAGER - U.S.A.

NEMO, a leading Italian lighting design company, is looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager for its USA Branch, located in New Brunswick.

The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Company Management, will have the following responsibilities:

. Supervise and manage logistics flows ensuring compliance with the set standards (timing, quality and level of service)
. Optimize and monitor all flows with the aim of achieving maximum efficiency in terms of time and costs (incoming goods transport, unloading goods, positioning, labeling, packaging, picking, packaging, outgoing goods transport).
. Manage reports and monitor the level of service of the main logistics suppliers (Carriers and Freight Forwarders) by negotiating the best conditions
. Active support in the implementation of new IT tools and in the management of current ones through the relationship with the relative suppliers
. Supervise activities of workers
. Ensure the supervision of buildings, technical installations and equipment

Requirements of the candidate:
. Degree in Engineering/Economics
. Previous experience (3+) in a similar position
. Strong ability to analyze and organize logistics processes
. Good management and organizational skills
. Good IT knowledge of excel program
. Excellent human relations skills

NEMO, a leading Italian lighting design company, researches, for its headquarters in Lentate sul Seveso, an International Sales Manager.
The candidate must be the customer’s commercial major contact, have the ability to assist clients on the phone, manage orders, from receipt to complete fulfillment.
The employee will report to the Sales Director.

Required skills:
. excellent knowledge of English and a second language, French or German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the German language is a plus
. excellent computer knowledge of the office package and AS400
. previous experience of at least two years in a similar positions, preferably in the lighting sector.

The working hours will be full time.
The placement will be direct, with the possibility of permanent employment.
